Complex content doesn’t have to be taught in a complicated way. At Cineelearn, I develop learning and change solutions that provide guidance, promote enablement, and empower people to confidently apply new knowledge.
From the initial analysis to the finished learning solution, I combine sound didactics with consulting, project management, and media production. This results in sustainable concepts, clear processes, and holistic, easily applicable outcomes all from one source.
Learning Strategy and Change Enablement
From IT to industrial production, I research and structure complex technical topics and translate them into didactically effective learning journeys. Depending on your project's needs, this results in digital learning modules, workshops, trainings, and practical hands-on exercises for applying new lessons.
Consulting and Reliable Project Management
I provide consulting on e-learning and change management topics, up to the federal government level, and coordinates large-scale learning projects. This includes project and stakeholder management, as well as overseeing client consultations, feedback loops, and quality assurance.
Clear responsibilities, transparent decision-making, and reliable communication ensure that even complex projects remain structured and manageable.
A one-stop-shop for strategy and implementation
Based on agreed-upon strategies, I implement the resulting learning journeys myself. I develop scripts, storyboards, exercises, and interactive concepts, and execute them as digital learning solutions or live-action videos. For this, I use all common tools from Articulate Storyline and Rise to Vyond, DaVinci Resolve, Camtasia, and Audacity or Synthesia.
I produce projects in German and English at a native-speaker level. Clients thus receive a comprehensive solution - strategically planned, professionally managed, and meticulously executed down to the last detail.

About Me
I design and lead learning and change initiatives for complex subject matters, new processes and emerging technologies. My work combines evidence-based learning design with consulting, project and stakeholder management, and hands-on media production.

For five years, I have implemented projects in diverse and challenging fields ranging from IT, software and AI to public administration at the federal government level and advanced industrial production.
​
My background in higher education and teaching experience during my PhD informs a rigorous analytical and results-oriented approach. As a German-American, I implement projects in German and English on a native speaker level.

This combination allows me to take responsibility for learning and change initiatives from initial analysis through delivery - as am independent partner on demanding projects or as part of a long-term organizational structure.
